Refund policy

We have a non-returnable policy, which means that due to our products being perishable items we will not accept them as a return! We strongly recommend that you consume our products within 72 hours for the most authentic baked goods experience.

To be eligible for a refund, you must reach out within 24 hours of picking up your items. Please specify what the issue is and providing:
1) visual feedback (i.e. photograph) of the item.
2) a brief description of the issue being experienced.
3) receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any issues exist with the item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges on sale items.


Refunds
All items are eligible for refund if issue is reported within 24 hours of pick up. If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or via payment app (e.g. Venmo or Zelle) if Cash, within 10 business days.
